The purchase of our new house was contingent on the sale of our old house. Unfortunately, the sale took a long time and, we had a buyer back out. During this time, Ryan showed our family numerous homes and, wrote offers on two homes we didn't end up getting. His patience and guidance helped us through the process and kept us sane. When we found out new home, Ryan was able to get an offer submitted within hours, beating other offers. Beyond being a great realtor, he is a genuinely nice guy and family man who obviously cares about his clients and community. You really can't go wrong using him as your realtor.

- nottellling254Ryan is a great wealth of information regarding real estate in the Hill Country, answering all of our questions (even the silly ones) promptly. He was able to give us a great sense of the area since he lives and grew-up in the community, which was super important to us. Since we lived halfway across the country - We'd let him know the houses we were really interested in then he'd take photos, do a detailed video walk through, and talk with the seller's agents. He helped us weigh the pros and cons of both new builds and pre-owned houses. He was very timely and extremely responsive, which really made the process quite smooth. He was able to easily navigate us through the process by keeping in close touch with our agent in our state regarding the sale of the house, loan officer, the builder of the new house, and the builder's agent, etc. My husband and I are just so grateful that we had Ryan representing us through this time.
